This historic landmark 1920’s limestone and brick building was first constructed in 1929 by renowned Chicago architects Perkins, Chatten and Hammond. Named North West Tower and also known as The Coyote, it was one of the first office buildings to go up outside of Chicago’s Loop. Opened in November 2016, boutique hotel The Robey Chicago now occupies the space, with 69 guest rooms, a café, lounge, pool and rooftop restaurant, and the celebrated 13th floor rooftop lounge. The Robey is operated by Grupo Habita.
